Our center boasts an array of skin care products manufactured exclusively by our sister company, Placor Cosmetics Enterprises.
PLACOR COSMETICS ENTERPRISES was established in 1988 by three entrepreneur sisters Dra. Me Ying, Me Chee and Me Ju Ho, to complement their parent company YJC Beauty and Slim Center. They ventured to Hong Kong to research on the latest technology in skin care and eventually imported and developed their in-house product called PLACOR. It was in the year 1988 when PLACOR obtained legitimate status when they opened their dedicated two-storey laboratory in Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines.
With the establishment of the laboratory, they hired their own research and development team composed of seasoned chemists who formulated their unique skin care lines with placenta, collagen, elastin-peptides and royal jelly as the key ingredients, thus PLACOR SKIN CARE BASICS was born.
In 1989, due to the phenomenal success of PLACOR in the beauty industry and also urged by their YJC patrons, the owners decided to pursue commercial distribution of their products. “We are proud to say that we are part and contributor to the success of our distinguished clients like Ricky Reyes Beauty Salons who have started using PLACOR products since 1989, Slimmers World International since 1990 who have been using our slimming products, David’s Salon since 1999, Freshaire since 2001, to name a few,” says Dr. Me Ying Ho, owner/president.
In 2007, research and development continued and upgraded to include advanced and potent ingredients such as L-glutathione, alpha hydroxy acids and a lot more, and was still consistent to their concept of pure, all natural from fruits, herbs and bioactive extracts, no chemicals added. Their newest product developed include L-Glutathione Plus, L-Carnithine Plus and Placenta Plus soaps.

Facial Scrub
Made of the purest natural ingredients, Facial Scrub is best for rough, dry or oily skin, dark complexion, pimple marks, enlarged pores, and even freckles. When mixed with Cleansing Paste, its potent exfoliating agent, AHA, gently sloughs off dull, dead skin and excess oil. It also helps normalize moisture balance of dry skin. Rose Lotion
Multi-Vitamin water-based lotion fortified with Vitamin C extracted from freshly picked rose petals. Cleanses and nourishes skin to keep it glowingly healthy. Minimizes enlarged pores to make skin smooth and well protected. Also acts as antiseptic to stop growth of bacteria causing pimples, whiteheads and blackheads.

Skinlight (Super Fade)
Face moisturizer specially concocted with high concentrations of glutathione, melawhite and milk protein that penetrates cells to stop darkening of skin and lighten it more effectively by inhibiting tyrosinase, an enyzyme that leads to melanin build up. With SPF 17 to protect the skin from harmful sun rays. Guaranteed non-hydroquinone so it will not make the skin sensitive to sunlight. Prevents age spots, freckles and skin discoloration. Enriched with elastin-peptides and collagen to firm skin and help repair scars.
